This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.176 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent had already closed the FIR as barred under Section 468 of Cr.P.C and also filed a closure report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
