Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, praying to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his communication dated 19.10.2015 in Annexure and quash the same in so far relates to the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the 1/4

ORDER

This petition has been filed in questioning the communication dated 19.10.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent insofar as petitioner is concerned and also sought for consequential direction to permit the petitioner to participate in the oral test to be held on 02.11.2015 to 07.11.2015 for the post of Assistant Agricultural Officer in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Subordinate Services, 2011-2012. As the oral test test that was scheduled on 02.11.2015 to 07.11.2015 was already over, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2.In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
