Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to order to substitute the petitioners 1 to 5 as appellants in the place of N.Subramani @ Subramanian in Criminal Appeal No.577 of 2018 on the file of this Court.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) The appellant in Crl.A.No.577 of 2018 is the defacto complainant. Originally he filed a Criminal Revision petition in the year 2013 against a judgment of acquittal. Thereafter, this Court converted the same as Criminal Appeal in the year 2018. Pending appeal, the defacto complainant/appellant died. Hence, the legal heirs of the appellant has filed the present petition to substitute their names in place of the deceased appellant namely N.Subramani @ Subramanian in Criminal Appeal No.577 of 2018 on the file of this Court stating that they are ready to prosecute the appeal on behalf of the deceased appellant.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
