ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.12.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of patta that stands in the name of the respondents 4 to 6 and issue patta in the name of the

petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.

Heard M/s.R.Subhashini for Mr.R.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 and 2.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.02.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the respondents 4 to 6 and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
