The petitioner has filed this writ petition to call for the records relating to the impugned order by vide athimu.No.2396/a1/2012 dated 12.11.2012 on the file of the third respondent herein and to quash the same and consequently directing the third respondent to approve the petitioner's appointment in the right of G.O.Ms.No.181 Educational Department, dated 15.11.2011 from the date of the petitioner's appointment and directing the respondents to pay all the consequential service and monetary benefits to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no Page No.2 of 5

representation for the petitioner. Even on earlier occasions i.e., on 09.01.2024, 23.01.2024 and 31.01.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the writ petition has been filed to seeking approval for appointment in the fourth respondent school. However, the petitioner has left the school on 25.01.2013 itself and he has not turned up to the school till the date. Hence, he prayed this Court that this writ petition may be dismissed.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

5. Since, there is no representation for the petitioner and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is dismissed.
