ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the auction notice dated 25.01.2012 issued by the first respondent under Rule 126(e) of the Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Rules, 1988, to sell the petitioner's property.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the loan account itself closed and therefore nothing survive in this writ petition. 3.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
