O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 17.03.2016.
2.Learned Special Government Pleader has produced before us various documents in respect thereof to show that the matter started receiving attention even prior to our order dated 17.03.2016. This is stated so on the basis of inter-departmental communication dated 19.01.2016 and the circular dated 29.01.2016. On the orders being passed in the writ petition, a letter was issued on 01.04.2016 by the Principal Secretary to the Government to the Additional Chief Secretary and Commissioner of Land Administration referring to the orders passed on 17.03.2016 and the directions contained therein. Special teams have been constituted for each district and officers have been nominated to receive the complaints. The monitoring team
has been directed to fix times of inspection and for the entertainment tax officer to take appropriate legal action if rules are found to be violated. The circular in pursuance to the same was issued on 08.04.2016 by the Commissioner of Land Administration that the Licensing Authorities/Collectors to adhere to the directions of the Court.
Illustrations have been given of different districts. Telephone numbers have been provided for. 3.Now, the petitioner wants an uniform telephone number throughout the State. We cannot accept this plea, as the petitioner cannot run the system. Each area has been provided with a separate number as the checking is not on a centralised basis but district wise. There cannot be a litigation for the sake of litigation.
4.The petitioner also states that he has made some complaints. Though that is an individual matter, learned Special Government Pleader states that eight complaints were received in Chennai including from the petitioner and action has been taken already in that behalf. 5.We are, thus, of the view that there is no case of violation of the order made out much less any willful disobedience of the order.
