This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the returned docket order dated 23.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.Sr.No.627 of 2024 in CC.No.301 of 2017 of the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Tiruppur to number the application.

2.When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the charges have already been framed in this case and the case is now posted on 19.03.2024 for examination of LW1 to LW3.

3.In the light of the above development, there is no question of directing the Court below to deal with the discharge petition and accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
