Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BALASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.MUKUNTH for M/S.SARVABHAUMAN ASSOCIATES for the 1st and 2nd Respondents the court made the following order:- This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking return of the documents namely Exhibits B6 and Exhibits B17 & B19, pending disposal of the above second appeal. When the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel and the endorsement, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate petition before the Registry for getting the copy of the documents.
