Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "each of the petitioners is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai on or before 20.03.2020. If the petitioners fail to execute the sureties on or before 20.03.2020, the order passed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No. 145 of 2020 stands cancelled automatically."
