ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete further investigation and file final report in Crime No.71/2015, on the file of 2nd respondent within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.71 of 2015 on 16.06.2015, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that though the respondent police has taken every steps to secure the accused, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the identity of the accused is not established. In respect of other aspects, investigation is over and they will file necessary report before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
