2.Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 328 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.6,800/- is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
