ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein was found in possession of 105 ml of Pondy ID Arrack and fake lables as well.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent submits that based on the information given by the arrested accused, illegal manufacturing unit which was running by the petitioner and others, who manufactured the illegal Brandy was raided leading to recovery of fake labels, ID Arrack and the accessories to manufacture the fake Brandy.

3.
