The revision is preferred against the order passed in un-numbered I.A. (CFR.No.5649 of 2015) in O.S.No.243 of 2009 to recall D.W.1 for the purpose of cross-examination, which was rejected even without numbering

the same. Hence, the Sub-Court, Perundurai is directed to first number the said I.A.(CFR.No.5649 of 2015) and hear both parties and pass appropriate orders on merits. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
