Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first Respondent to consider the Review Petition dated 20.02.2020 submitted by the Petitioner to the Government through the first Respondent to consider the same in accordance with the established principles of law governing the conduct of departmental enquiry and to dispose of the Review Petition within a time frame. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first Respondent to consider the Review Petition dated 20.02.2020 submitted by the Petitioner to the Government through the first Respondent to consider the same in accordance with the established principles of law governing the conduct of departmental enquiry and to dispose of the Review Petition within a time frame.

2.Heard Mr.R.Balachanderan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and Mr.T.Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Respondents.

3.Since the first Respondent has rejected the Petitioner's Review Petition as devoid of merits vide G.O.(D).No.239, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.1) Department, dated 19.10.2022, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
