(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to challenge the charges levelled against the petitioner without responding thereto or waiting for the proceedings to be concluded in the domestic forum.

2. Ordinarily, such challenges are not entertained unless a case of jurisdictional error or absurdity or the like are made out. In the present case, the petitioner seeks to question the basis of the charges.

3. Since it is open to the petitioner to respond to the charges, whereupon the appropriate authorities are duty-bound to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the same, no prejudice has yet been occasioned to the petitioner for the petitioner to approach this forum.

4. Accordingly, W.P.No.7803 of 2021 is dismissed without going into the merits thereof. It will be open to the petitioner to canvass all grounds in defence as may be available to the petitioner.
