ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Babu, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor.
Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the order and direction of this Court made in
WP.No.31565/2014 dated 27.11.2015 has been complied with and an order has been passed by the respondent dated 10.11.2016 to that effect. He has also produced a copy of the said Letter No.3482/ULC-I[2]/2016-3 dated 10.11.2016 before this Court.
The said submission and the letter dated 10.11.2016 is placed on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner also affirmed the submission made by the learned Government Advocate.
In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
