When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the order passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Coimbatore in Cr.M.P.No.13/G/2023/E1 dated 13.03.2023, the petitioner has been detained as "Goonda'' as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
