CMP.Nos. 19231 to 19236 of 2016 in CRP Nos.2380 & 2381 of 2016 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 8th respondent died and his legal heirs viz., 9th and 10th respondents are already on record and hence he prays to record the Memo.

4. Accordingly, the Memo is recorded.

5. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, post this matter for argument on 16.02.2023 01.02.2023 Lpp Note : Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petitions.
