ORDER

Mr.Syed Musthaffa, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent, has produced the proceedings of the Director of Information Technology, dated 29.11.2022, whereby the order of this Court has been complied with.

2. Though it is represented by the petitioner that the seniority effected through the above said proceedings is only tentative, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner's number one position is not going to be disturbed in the final list.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
