This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 130 days in filing the revision.
2. Heard Mr.P.Muthukumarasamy, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking for condonation of delay under Section 5 of Limitation Act and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause explaining the delay and the delay is also not inordinate.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents1 and 2 has not raised any serious objection for allowing the petition and learned counsel requests that his name may be printed at the time of posting the revision for admission.
5. In view of the above, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
6. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order, and print the name of Mr.R.Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 at the time of listing the civil revision petition for admission.
