Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by him dated 24.3.2015, at the earliest. 3.The petitioner's father was employed in SIDCO, as Watchman and he died on 31.12.2014, while he was in service. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 24.03.2015, to the respondent to give him compassionate appointment due to the death of this father and also for disbursement of terminal benefits, due to his father.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.03.2015, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
