Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein consider the petitioner representation dated 21.07.2023 and 05.02.2024 seeking for incorporate the decree passed in O.S.No.274/2008 dated 31.01.2019 on the file of the District Munsif, Ponneri by cancelling the documents No.4522/2005 dated 19.08.2005 and document No.284/2006 dated 23.01.2006 and also incorporate the same in encumbrances in accordance with the provisions of Section 89 and Section 77A of Registration Act, 1908. 1/4
