[Order of the Court was made by KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the detenue K.Gopika, daughter of Karthikeyan, aged about 15 years, was secured in Vadakkipalayam Police Station Crime No.26 of 2021 and was produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi, on 02.02.2021.
