(CRIME NO.372 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed directing the petitioner to sign before the Trichy Cantonment Police station, Trichy District daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4025 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022 and may pass any other order as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and thus render.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.D.JOHNSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and charge sheet has also been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order dated 18.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4025 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioners shall report before the Trichy Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders, stands relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
