This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Trial Court to dispose the complaint in S.T.C.No.13 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate -II as expeditiously within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, 1/3

despite completion of three months, summons are not served on the accused/respondent.

3. This Court finds that, it is a very recent case instituted only in the year 2023. Therefore, prayer for fixing time limit for completion of trial in this case cannot be entertained.
