Writ Petition(Crl.) filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dt. 10.01.2026 lodged before the respondents 1 and 2 against the respondents 3 to 5 within the time frame
fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dt. 10.01.2026 lodged before the respondents 1 and 2 against the respondents 3 to 5 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.
Considering the circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.01.2026 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & respondents 3 to 7 and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass appropriate orders on the said complaint within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
