O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.22963 of 2015, dated 07.01.2016 .

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent submitted that the order and direction issued

by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.22963 of 2015, dated 07.01.2016 has been complied with and he has produced a proof to show that cheque for a sum of Rs.92,536/- for the arrears of 17-b wages has been issued to the petitioner. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If there is any other problem, liberty is granted to the petitioner to mention before this Court for reopening the Contempt.
