ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 385 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.35 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has already filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed as withdrawn, but suppressing the said fact, the present petition has been filed.

4.
