O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed as against the respondent alleging that the petitioner approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5638 of 2019 to quash the FIR in Crime No.12 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police station.

2. This Court admitted the quash petition and also granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ interim stay of all further proceedings of the FIR registered

in Crime No.12 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.3202 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.5638 of 2019 dated 01.03.2019. Thereafter, without obeying the order passed by this Court, the respondent police conducted investigation and filed a final report on 01.04.2019. The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the said charge sheet has also been challenged before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8591 of 2019 and this Court granted stay of all further proceedings of the final report on 03.06.2019.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are very well at liberty to pursue the quash petition challenging the charge sheet filed by the respondent in Crl.O.P.No.8591 of 2019.

4. In view of the above discussion, the contempt petition is closed.
