O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.02.2020 and to delete the name of the fifth respondent from the revenue records.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken cognizance by the fourth respondent and already notice has been issued to all the parties concerned to attend for an enquiry on 23.03.2020. A copy of the notice was also placed before this Court and it is found that it has been sent to the fifth respondent also.

3. In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to proceed further with the enquiry after affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned. Thereafter, the report shall be submitted to the third respondent and the third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law. This process shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
