The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465 and 420 of IPC (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita), in Crime No.38 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner, working as a Manager in the defacto complainant's company is alleged to have misappropriated a sum of Rs.46 lakhs along with another employee, A2, who was a Sales Man.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that, due to the abscondence of the petitioner, the investigation could not be proceeded with.
