Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to cancel the earlier proceedings of the third respondent vide No.8A/112/1410 dated 18.05.2001, in view of the order made in Na.Ka.No.8906/2004/G, dated 20.12.04 of the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to rectify the mistake of measurement of total extent of petitioner's Patta Land No.343 in Survey No.529/2A3B at Pochampalli, Nagojana Halli Village, Krishnagiri District and to implement the order dated 20.12.2004 of the 2nd respondent herein.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking an order of Mandamus to direct the third respondent, to cancel the earlier proceedings of the third respondent vide No.8A/112/1410 dated 18.05.2001, in view of the order made in Na.Ka.No.8906/2004/G, dated 20.12.04 of the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to rectify the mistake of measurement of total https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. There is no representation for the petitioner continuously. The matter had been posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. The Court cannot give a direction to cancel an order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any order, then he should seek to quash the same by calling for the records. The Writ Petition is not maintainable. It had not been admitted and the Writ Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
