This Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records and set aside the award passed by the second respondent/sole arbitrator, dated 25.05.2013 and dismiss the claim petition filed by the first respondent.

2.Challenging the award passed by the Arbitrator, the petitioner has preferred the above Original Petition under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. However, the parties have settled the matter and as per the letter issued by the first respondent to the petitioner, dated 29.11.2018, the entire agreement has been settled and further confirmed that there are no legal proceedings pending against each other.

3.Taking the No Due Certificate issued by the first respondent dated 29.11.2018 on record, this Original Petition is closed accordingly. No costs.
