Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent passed in CMP No.10/BLA/C2/2018, dated 23.02.2018 relating to the detention of petitioner's husband, Vignesh, male, aged 28 years, S/o.Manoharan, confined in Central Prison, Salem, and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu, before this Hon'ble Court and to set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala, J.,) The present habeas corpus petition has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the detention order dated 23.02.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent in and by which the 2nd respondent detained the detenu / petitioner's husband, Vignesh, male, aged 28 years, S/o.Manoharan, under Section 2 (b) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as "Bootlegger" with a view to preventing him from acting prejudicial to the interest of public health and public order.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submit that the detention order impugned above has been revoked by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Government. A copy of the order of revocation in G.O. Rt. No.1231, Home, Prohibition & Excise Department, dated 02.04.2018 is produced before this Court.

3. Recording the said revocation, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and, accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
