NO.0250220) for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade II in pursuant to the Notification No.6 of 2012 dated 02.04.2012 in Tamil Medium Quota (PSTM) based on the marks secured by the Petitioner in the Selection by placing reliance on PSTM certificate issued by the 2nd respondent dated 12.04.2013, with consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after lapse of a decade, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.
