This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19545 of 2024, dated 06.09.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Judge, Special for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore on every working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is also completed.
