ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Due to non appearance of the petitioner, absconding charge sheet has been filed and Non bailable Warrant issued by the trial Court. 2.The petitioner has approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail in P.R.C.No.8 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur, under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 3.This Court is of the view that the petitioner shall surrender before the Trial Court and seek for appropriate remedy. If any petition is filed, the trial Court shall dispose of the petition expeditiously.
