This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 30.04.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 03.05.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
