This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and set aside the order dated 21.12.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.10927 of 2018, in C.C.No.1577 of 2017, on the file of the FTC-IV, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main proceedings itself was disposed of by judgment dated 08.04.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner has also filed a Criminal Appeal before the XIX Additional Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Chennai and the same is pending in Crl.A.No.181 of 2019.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition. There shall be a direction to the XIX Additional Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Chennai, to dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.A.No.181 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
