On account of the elevation of the appointed Arbitrator as Judge of this Court, by agreement of learned counsel for parties, I appoint Mr.K.Palanisamy, a retired Judicial Officer, as the Sole Arbitrator, to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties, in terms of the order dated 19.08.2016.
