O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.3848 of 2016, dated 16.02.2016.

2. From the counter affidavit, it is seen that the petitioner was called for enquiry and his seniority was restored and the seniority of the petitioner's application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dates back to 1991, when the petitioner's father applied

for the same. As regards readiness, the petitioner has recorded the same in the register on 07.05.2016 and as per the seniority list, the petitioner stands in Serial No.27. Copies of the relevant documents were produced before this Court and also one set of papers was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.
