ORDER

This Court by an interim order dated 01.12.2016 in W.M.P.Nos.36043 to 36045 of 2016 in W.P.Nos.42125 to 42127 of 2016, directed the respondents to pay the salary prospectively to the petitioners, who have been appointed in the fourth respondent school. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the interim order dated 01.12.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the interim order dated 01.12.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. 22.09.2017 Index : Yes / No Internet : yes / No ssv
