ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.01.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.64/2015.
4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner pending in C.S.R.No.64/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
