This petition has been filed to permit the applicants to sell the 5th item of the suit properties more fully described in the schedule hereunder and appropriate the sale consideration towards the remaining amount Rs.90,65,125/- due to the applicants as per the compromise decree dated 30.03.2016 passed in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Memo filed on behalf of the 2nd respondent /1st defendant is recorded.

4. It is submitted that the entire amount has been paid by the respondents and nothing survives in this application.

5. In view of the above submission, this application is closed.

6. The learned counsel for the applicants seeks three months time to vacate the premises. But this court is inclined to grant time till 24.08.2022 for vacating the premises.
