It is represented on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 3 that the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26687 of 2011 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 20.02.2014 was complied with. In this regard, the Learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3 produces a copy of
the proceedings of the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.809/A1/2011 dated 31.07.2015 in and by which the Writ Petitioner was granted Three Incentive Increment.
2. In view of the fact that the Respondents had complied with the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26687 of 2011 dated 20.02.2014 as stated supra, this Court opines that nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petition. However, the 3rd Respondent is directed to disburse the 3rd Incentive Increment in question within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of a order. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
