This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17128 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24296 of 2024, dated 05.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has so far complied with the condition and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the nature of offence and though the petitioner complied with the condition, his presence is required for investigation, this Court is not inclined to relax the aforesaid condition.
