PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent from indulging to the any acts of unfair labour practice by not altering the condition of service of the petitioners during the pendency of the conciliation proceedings initiated by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent on 05.08.2013.

The relief sought by the petitioners in this writ petition is to direct the third respondent from indulging to the any acts of unfair labour practice by not altering the condition of service of the petitioners during the pendency of the conciliation proceedings initiated by the petitioners before the second respondent on 05.08.2013.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also furnished a letter dated 23.06.2022 to that effect.

3. The letter dated 23.06.2022 submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners has been taken on record.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
