O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Cultural program (Dance and Music Program) in Sree Sakthi Mariamman Temple Festival situated at Karuppur Town, Salem District 636011, scheduled to be held on 08.04.2022 from 06.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent and it is also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
