(CRIME NO.364/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police at 10.30.a.m monthly twice in Crl.M.P No.269/2022 in Crl.O.P No.23662/2021 on 12.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.JAIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.269 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23662 of 2021 dated 12.01.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that offence is related to counterfeit currencies and he further submitted that investigation is not completed. 4. Taking note of the fact that the investigation is not yet completed, the condition to report before the Investigating Officer monthly twice, this Court finds no reason to interfere to relax the condition for the present. Hence, the petition for relaxation for anticipatory bail condition is dismissed.
